We also automatically collect IP address and browser user agent for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to match you with qualified attorneys in our network and to maintain compliance records. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Lead Distribution

Your information is shared only with attorneys in our network who practice in the legal area you select. Each attorney receives your contact information and matter summary. We do not control what attorneys do with your information after distribution.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with California law. Lead records are retained for up to 5 years. Audit logs are retained for up to 7 years. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights

California residents have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You may request what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell it).
  • Non-Discrimination: You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access controls, and secure database storage. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication on attorney and admin portals. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our service does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
