CALegalSource is a lawyer referral service operated by CALegalSource LLC, registered with the State Bar of California. We are not a law firm, do not employ attorneys, and do not provide legal advice. Using our service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting a request through CALegalSource does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client privilege arises from your use of this service. Consult a licensed attorney directly for legal advice about your specific situation.

3. Lead Distribution

Submitting a form does not guarantee that any attorney will contact you. We distribute your information to attorneys in our network who practice in the relevant area and who have active subscriptions. We do not guarantee outcomes, response times, or the quality of any attorney services.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

CALegalSource makes no representations about the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any attorney services. Attorneys in our network are independent practitioners. We are not responsible for their conduct, advice, or any results obtained or not obtained.

5. Attorney Verification

Attorneys in our network self-certify their bar membership and practice areas. We attempt to verify attorney credentials, but we make no warranties about any attorney licensure, competence, or fitness for your matter. Always conduct your own due diligence before engaging any attorney.

6. Privacy

Your personal information will be shared only with attorneys who practice in the area of law you select. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention, and your California privacy rights under the CCPA.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use this service to submit false information, harass attorneys, or for any purpose other than seeking legal referral assistance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
